CONDUCT: Any violation of league
rules or conduct not in the best interest of the 3FC will not be
tolerated. Any league item may be
protested through the Protest Committee.
PROTEST COMMITTEE: Consists of seven
randomly chosen Franchises, headed by a chairperson, to mediate any dispute, as
a majority.
TRADE COMMITTEE: Three other
Franchises, headed by a chairperson, either 'reject' or 'approve' trades, as a
majority.
It takes eight Franchise
Votes to change an existing
3FC Rule.
ROSTERS: Each team will be allowed 16 roster spots to include
Defense/Special Teams.
DRAFT: Consists of 16 rounds. Draft position will be determined by a card draw. Ace (1) - Queen (12). The card drawn will be your team number and
you will 'draft' accordingly.
The Draft will be
serpentine; 1st Round is 1-12, 2nd Round is 12-1, 3rd Round is 1-12 and so forth.
You will be required to
draft a minimum of; 2-QB 3-RB
4-WR 2-K and
1-D/ST.
Each team will be given 2
minutes to make a selection. You may
make your choice as quickly as you wish.
If you do not make a choice within 2 minutes, you lose that turn. The next person has 2 minutes to make their
pick and then the original person has 1 minute to make that choice, and so on.
Draft
picks may be traded with the approval of the Trade Committee.
________________________________________________________________________________________________
ROSTER CHANGES: There
are 3 ways in which you may make Roster changes. Trades, Waiver Wire and the Re Entry Draft.
TRADES: Trades
are free. Teams may trade with
any other team. When a Trade is agreed upon, the Trade Committee Chairperson is
informed. He, then chats up the other 2
Committee Members and they either 'reject' or 'approve' the Trade. All Trades must be made at least 24 hours
prior to the kickoff of the game the Traded for player is to play in.
Trades will not be
permitted after the 10 th week of the season. Remember, any transaction
or league business must be reported to the 3FC Secratary.
WAIVER WIRE: Teams may add players to their Roster that are not on
any other 3FC teams. You must first
drop a player before you may add one.
The price for each player you add is $ 10.-. You must
contact the Secratary to be sure the move is legal. The Waiver Wire will remain
open with one exception. It will close
immediately upon the beginning of games during weeks 4, 8 and 12 and reopen
after that week's Re Entry Draft.
All Waiver Moves must be
made at least 24 hours prior to the kickoff of the game that the added player
is to play in. Dropped players are now eligible to play for any other team.
When a 3FC Team drops a player, at any time other than a Re Entry Draft, no
other Team may pick up that player until all 3FC Teams have been notified. Once a Team has been informed of such a move
they must put in a 'bid' for that player if they want to claim him. If there
are more than 1 'bid', a lottery will be held to determine what Team gets that
player.
'Waiver Wire' Funds will purchase
Web Space, Software & the 'CHAMPIONSHIP Trophy'.
RE ENTRY DRAFT: The league will hold 3 Re Entry Drafts during the
season. They will occur on Wednesday's
following the 4 th, 8 th and 12 th weeks of the season. Draft Order will be determined by Team's
inverted Won-Lost Record; worst goes first. Tiebreakers are: 1) points scored 2) head to head 3) points scored against. You may make as many Moves as you wish as
long as you drop that number of players first.
